Atlantic City's airshow, known as Thunder Over the Boardwalk from 2003 through 2024, returned in 2026 rebranded as the Visit Atlantic City Soar & Shore Festival with a three-day format on May 29-31. Show center is on the beach in front of Bally's Atlantic City. The 2026 program included the U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor Demo Team, the U.S. Marine Corps F-35B Lightning II Demo Team and F-16Cs from the 177th Fighter Wing. The event is free and family-friendly.
